Possession of an official registration, legal license, or a valid and recognized institutional status.

Submission of an official membership application with required documents (such as: registration certificate, license, and a profile of activities, programs, or tourism initiatives).
Agreement to adhere to the organization’s professional code of ethics and conduct.
Payment of the annual membership fees as determined by the General Secretariat, in alignment with the organization’s goals and programs.
Obtain an official membership certificate accredited by the International Tourism Organization.

Complete the membership or affiliation application form available on the organization’s official website.
Submit all required documents along with the registration form through the approved official channels.
The application will be reviewed by the relevant department within the organization, and the applicant will be notified of acceptance or requested to complete any missing requirements within the specified timeframe.
Upon approval, membership procedures are completed, and the required fees are paid in accordance with the organization’s regulations.
After completing all procedures, a membership card and official certificate are issued and delivered to the member or the affiliated entity.
